I ate bison for the first time this week.

Why?  No reason really.   I was wandering through Central Market, and decided to give it a try on a whim.   I got a strip steak that I ate raw, and a ribeye that made the briefest of acquaintances with my electric grill.   They were both tasty, but I'd be hard-pressed if I had to describe any differences between bison and beef.
